Location
The United Republic of Tanzania is located in Eastern Africa between longitude 29^o and 41^o East, Latitude 1^o and 12^o South. It is bordered by Kenya and Uganda on the north, Rwanda, Burundi and the Democratic Republic of Congo on the west, and Malawi, Zambia and Mozambique on the south. On the east, it borders the Indian Ocean.
